  • Caprese Salad with Mixed Greens, served with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, balsamic, olive oil and herbs dressing.
  • Baby Mixed Greens “Mimosa Salad” with mushroom and quail eggs ( dressing includes egg yolk, mustard white wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil)

APPETIZERS

  • 6 Poached Prawns with cocktail lime salsa. $17
  • 4 Seared Jumbo Scallops with white bean ragu and charred lemon. $17
  • Mixed Vegetable Tempura with carrots, celery and broccoli featuring roasted garlic dipping sauce. $16

ENTREES/ MAIN COURSE

  • 8oz Beef Filet Mignon topped with lobster thermidor in a rich wine sauce. $55
  • Chicken Breast Fricassee with gnocchi and mushroom (pan-seared chicken breast served with a thick white wine cream sauce) $27
  • Salmon Meunière with potato dill (cooked in lightly, brown butter with lemon juice and parsley) $33
